Roscoe was the beloved pet of a really wonderful person who does lots of selfless work for animal rescue in
North Carolina.
Roscoe passed away in the summer of 2021.
Annie & I headed to Charlotte and, with the help of the folks at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Control,
surprised everyone with this portrait to celebrate the volunteer efforts of Roscoe's special human.
